WORK PROGRESS ON THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI" PLATINUM FROM NOVABUDOVA

Elite residential complex "Shchaslyvyi" PLATINUM is nearing completion, the process of its creation is almost complete. The project is actually ready from the outside, so the details of this work should be discussed in more detail.

The following layer of work is currently underway:

•Finishing the roof with membranes is completed by 85%.

•Paving will soon be started on the territory, and preparatory work is underway for this.

•Installation of external luminaires has started on the parapet on the roof.

•Tiling of stairwells is more than a third complete.

• Tiling of the stairwell continues between the basement and the first floor.

•The windows will be adjusted soon.

•Installation of glass on balconies comes to an end.

•Painting works are in the lobby of the house.

•Work on the construction of the stylobate and terraces is underway. Filling of sloping polystyrene concrete takes place in layers: first - a floor cap, then the membrane is mounted, then a primer, and only after that - paving a special pavement.

•Dispatching of fire alarms is already underway, and dispatching of water meters and boilers - at the stage of preparation.

•There is a waterproofing of the entrance group to the supermarket "Silpo" and for exits from the parking lot.

•Common spaces and apartments are being prepared for transfer to residents.

•Active work on the planning of the adjacent territory and its infrastructure is underway. The construction of the road to Okunevsky Street is also underway.

What work has been completed

A number of the RC elements have been completed in recent weeks. For example, a ditch for underground dumps has already been installed. The equipment for it will be delivered after laying power to the pit. Gate substructures have also already been installed. But the gate panels will be mounted at the end of landscaping. All stained glass structures are ready, all exits from the parking lot are already paved.
