Updates on Constructions in RC “Shchaslyvyi” in Sofiivska and Petropavlivska Borshchahivka

Seven of eight houses of the “Shchalsyvyi” development in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka are successfully brought in operation so far. Only the last phase 8 is under construction. This is an 11-storey house at 20-А,Б,В Oksamytova Street. The first two sections of the house are already erected up to the 11^th floor, whereas sections 3 and 4 are erected up to the 8^th and 7^th floors respectively; the building of sections 5 and 6 is just about to start. RC “Shchaslyvyi” in Petropavlivka is only 600 meters away from the Ring Road; from there it takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the metro stations “Zhytomyrska” and “Akademmistechko”. In the near, the building of the 4^th construction phase is underway with its first sections being erected up to the 8^th floor. The development is located only 300 meters away from the Kyiv’s Ring Road and has its own convenient access way. In the near there is a public transport stop. A kindergarten is under construction in the territory of the complex, which will also have a car parking, playgrounds for children, and the recreation area.
