THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI" (LVIV) CONSTRUCTION: FEBRUARY 2024

The up-to-date report from the construction site of the residential complex "Shchaslyvyi" (Lviv) in Bihova Street.

The following works have been completed:

•installation of apartment doors (2-17 floors);

•tiling the floor in pubic usage places (10-11 floors);

•preparatory work for the installation of the suspended ceiling "Armstrong";

•welding of gas pipeline pipes around the perimeter of the house (60% ready).

Among the following planned stages of work:

•sprinkling sand around the house to the level of the bottom of the landscaping pie;

•decoration of public usage places (plastering of walls on 4-7 floors; tiling of floors on 8-9 floors; application of decorative plaster on 8-9 floors);

•installation of the "Armstrong" subsystem (14-17 floors);

•building internal fire networks;

•installation of office and kindergarten doors on the 1st floor;

•installation of inspection hatches of water niches and weak points;

•installation of a passenger elevator;

•completion of installation of the gas pipeline around the house;

•the beginning of installation of gas meters in apartments.
