REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: SEPTEMBER 2024

Please find below the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• vertical reinforcement and pouring of vertical elements of the basement floor, where the bombing shelter will be arranged, has been completed;

• water lowering of 4-6 sections has been completed;

• waterproofing of the foundation slab and grounding of sections 2 and 3 has been completed;

• arrangement of the reinforced floor of the basement and the shelter has begun;

• development of the pit for sections 4 and 5 has begun.

Further types of work include:

• arrangement of sheet pile rows of 5 and 6 sections (arrangement of retaining wall);

• completion of excavation of 4-6 sections;

• arrangement of the foundation slab of the second tower crane;

• start of arrangement of the foundation slab in section 4;

• installation of vertical elements of the 1st floor of sections 2 and 3.
