REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: OCTOBER 2024

Please find below the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• concreting of columns and monolithic walls vertical elements of the sections 2 and 3 basement floor;

• digging a pit for section 4;

• knitting of the reinforcing cage for the foundation slab of section 4;

• arrangement of horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the basement of sections 2 and 3;

• knitting reinforcement for the floor slab over the basement of 2 and 3 sections;

• digging a pit for the second tower crane and for section 6.

Further types of work include:

• concreting of the floor slab over the basement of 2 and 3 sections;

• concreting of the section 4 foundation slab;

• digging a pit for sections 5 and 6;

• concreting of vertical elements of columns and monolithic walls of sections 2, 3 and 4;

• concreting the foundation for the second tower crane;

• arrangement of concrete preparation for the foundation slab of sections 5 and 6.
