REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: FEBRUARY 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• concreting and reinforcement of the floor slab above the 2nd floor in 2-3 sections;

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) of the 3rd floor in 2-3 sections;

• installation of formwork for the floor slab over the 3rd floor of 2-3 sections;

• concreting of the floor slab over the 3rd floor in 2-3 sections;

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) on the 1st floor in the 4th section;

• installation of formwork under the floor slab over the 1st floor of 4th section (40% complete);

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) of the basement floor in 5-6 sections (40% complete);

• knitting of reinforcement of the foundation slab of the intermediate section;

• concreting and reinforcing the first part of the foundation slab for the parking lot.

Further works include:

• installation of formwork for the floor slab above the 4th floor in 2-3 sections;

• knitting of staircases reinforcements in 2-3 sections and concreting them;

• tying of vertical elements (columns and walls) of the 4th floor in 2-3 sections;

• waterproofing of the basement vertical walls in 2-4 sections;

• installation of formwork for the floor slab above the 1st floor in 4th section;

• tying of reinforcement and concreting of the floor slab over the 1st floor in 4th section;

• tying of the vertical elements reinforcement in 5-6 sections and concreting them;

• tying of the vertical elements reinforcement in the intermediate section;

• concreting of the basement vertical elements in the intermediate section;

• installation of formwork for the floor slab above the basement of the intermediate section;

• concreting the second part of the foundation slab for the parking lot.
