CRYSTAL AVENUE CONSTRUCTION: WHAT'S NEW?

Construction of the business class RC “Crystal Avenue” continues. What can builders boast of during the last two weeks of work? Details are in our report.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) facade, finishing works and installation of elevators proceed. Apartment doors (3-4 floors) and vestibule doors installation has begun.

In the third phase (1-A,  Kryshtaleva St.) improvement of the adjacent territory (laying of paving slabs) proceeds.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) window frames have been installed on the 15th floor. Plastering works (5-6 floors) continue. Heating installation has started.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), the floor slab of the first floor has been completed.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. Concrete work on the entrance groups has been completed there so far.
