CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE RC CRYSTAL AVENUE (OCTOBER 2022)

Herein it is being told how the construction of the residential complex Crystal Avenue in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka is proceeding.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) interior decoration, installation of suspended ceilings, installation of lamps, fire detectors are fully completed. The decoration of the hall, which is 30% ready, is in progress. Builders are also working on arranging the adjacent territory.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) the following works are in progress:

•installation of a ventilated facade (50% completed);

•installation of a wet facade (40% completed);

•arrangement of internal gas supply (50% completed);

•the arrangement of the roof is partially completed (70% completed).

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) monolithic works on the 17th floor and brickwork on the 9th floor have been completed.
