CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "SHCHASLYVYI" (LVIV): MAY 2024

Here is an up-to-date report from the construction site of the residential complex “Shchaslyvy” (Lviv) in Bihova Street.

Among the works that have been completed in full or in part:

・installation of floor waterproofing in the basement, cement-sand screed in the storerooms and common corridors of the basement;

・installation of electricity in the house lobby;

・laying of electrical cables in the building from the basement to the 17th floor (power supply for elevators, electrical panels on the floors);

・installation of lighting fixtures in the stairwells and installation of lighting fixtures in the ・・corridors of the public usage places (10-17 floors);

・installation of gas boilers and heating radiators (10-17 floors);

・insulation of the facade on the 1st floor has begun;

・painting and varnishing of decorative plaster on the walls of the public usage places  (4-7 floors);

・ceramic tiling of stairwells (1-3 floors) and floors of the public usage places  (6-7 floors);

・installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings in the public usage places  (4-5 floors);

・installation of electrical cabinets with meters (2-6 floors);

・framing of elevator portals for two elevators (1-17 floors);

・installation of fire extinguishing and warning systems (floors 2-17).

The next planned stages of work include:

・ceramic tiling of the floor in the public usage places  (2-3 floors);

・installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings in the public usage places  (2-3, 6-7 floors);

・completion of floor screed in the basement and in the storerooms of the public usage places;

・installation of equipment in the electrical control room;

・finishing the floor and walls of the pump room;

・installation of fire pump room and domestic pump room equipment;

・finishing the stairwells of the basement entrances with ceramic tiles and decorative plaster;

・finishing works in the lobby of the building;

・landscaping works, arrangement of access to the building;

・continuation of insulation works and the beginning of the 1st floor facade arrangement;

・completion of all finishing works in the public usage places (1-17 floors);

・completion of installation of gas boilers and heating radiators on all floors;

・completion of installation of electrical networks in the building;

・installation of electrical panels in apartments;

・completion of installation of fire protection system cables in the building;

・installation of valves and fans for smoke removal, ventilation and air supply systems.
