CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX “SHCHASLYVYI” (LVIV): JULY 2024

We are pleased to present an update from the construction site of the Shchaslyvyi residential complex in Lviv, located in Bihova Street.

Among the works that have been completed in full or in part:

・ceramic tiling of the basement floor;

・painting of basement walls in common corridors;

・finishing the walls and floors of the stairwells to the basement;

・installation of equipment in the electrical control room;

・installation of equipment for domestic and fire pumping stations in the building;

・laying of electric power supply cables for commercial premises on the 1st floor;

・tiling of the 1st floor facade;

・installation of fire valves (2-17 floors);

・commissioning of two elevators;

・finishing works in the lobby;

・installation of gas boilers (2-9 floors);

・installation of radiators (2-5 floors).

・landscaping works at the entrance.

The next planned stages of work include

・completion of floor and wall finishing in the basement corridors;

・completion of the equipment installation for the building's domestic and fire pumping stations;

・laying of cold water pipelines to the premises of the 1st floor;

・completion of the installation of equipment in the electrical control room;

・installation of doors in the basement to the pump room, electrical room, and fan room;

・landscaping works along the building to the entrance to the hall;

・tiling of the 1st floor facade;

・decoration of the hall, decorations hanging;

・installation of gas meters in the apartments;

・installation of fire system fans;

・hanging grilles in the places where fire valves are installed (1-17 floors).
