CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "SHCHASLYVYI" (LVIV): APRIL 2024

We are pleased to present an update from the construction site of the Shchaslyvyi residential complex in Lviv, located in Bihova Street.

Among the works that have been completed in full or in part:

•waterproofing of the parking lot walls has been completed;

•installation of gas pipes around the house has been completed;

•tiling of the floor in the mixed-use complex (6th and 7th floors);

•application of decorative plaster on the walls of the public usage places (7-9 floors);

•puttying of the walls of the public usage places and stairwells (2-7 floors);

•installation of fire alarm cables (5-10 floors);

•installation of electrical cabinets with meters (7-17 floors);

•installation of electrical cables;

•filling the ceilings with Armstrong cassettes (10-17 floors);

•restoration of the studded membrane around the building, sanding around the building to the bottom of the landscaping pie;

•preparing for the installation of water combs and batteries in the building.

The next planned stages of work include:

•installation of electrical networks inside the house;

•installation of gas meters (2-17 floors);

•installation of fire valves (12-17 floors);

•installation of radiators and gas boilers (14-17 floors);

•installation of electrical cabinets with meters (2-6 floors);

•finishing the floors of the public usage places with ceramic tiles (2-7 floors);

•application of decorative plaster on the walls of the public usage places (2-6 floors);

•installation of the Armstrong ceiling subsystem in the public usage places (2-9 floors);

•screed arrangement in the basement;

•installation of equipment in the electrical control room;

•arrangement of the1st floor facade;

•installation of equipment in the pump room.
