CONSTRUCTION OF THE RC “SHCHASLYVYI” (LVIV): JUNE 2024

We are pleased to present an update from the construction site of the RC “Shchaslyvyi” Lviv, located in Bihova Street.

Among the works that have been completed in full or in part are:

・all finishing works on the 1st-17th floors have been completed;

・finishing works in the basement;

・the 1st floor facade insulation (70% complete);

・installation of a pumping station for the needs of the residents (50% complete);

・installation of electrical panels in the apartments;

・installation of radiators (4-7 floors);

・installation of gas boilers (8-10 floors);

・installation of suspended ceilings, doors and windows in the lobby.

The next planned stages of work include:

・installation of a pumping station for the needs of the residents and a fire pumping station of the building;

・management of water supply and electrical power cables to commercial premises on the 1st floor;

・flooring with ceramic tiles in the basement;

・finishing the walls in the basement corridors;

・laying of electrical cables for lighting of storage rooms and basement corridor;

・laying of power cables for smoke removal fans, ventilation, and air supply;

・insulation of the facade of the 1st floor;

・tiling of the 1st floor facade;

・installation of fire system valves (1-17 floors);

・installation of radiators (2-4 floors);

・installation of gas boilers (2-7 floors);

・installation of doors to the pump room, electrical control room, and fan room;

・landscaping works at the entrance.
